With a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a degree in organizational behavior management from Brown University, Erica serves as a trusted advisor, balancing legal strategies with corporate objectives to drive successful outcomes.

Jan Stevens

Dynamic clinical operations executive with over 20 years of experience in the biotech sector, specializing in startup oncology companies. Jan began her career as a registered nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital’s neuro unit, transitioning into biotech to design and manage clinical trials that bring new drugs to market efficiently and effectively.

Currently serving as a Regional Board Member for the American Dog Society, Jan is passionate about ensuring that all dogs receive the love and care they deserve. A lifelong dog lover, she is dedicated to empowering responsible pet ownership and collaborates with shelters, veterinarians, trainers, and new pet parents to educate and support efforts to find loving forever homes for dogs. Jan holds an ALB in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from Harvard University.

Ritter & Company, and Market Street Trust Company, Ellen provides trusted advisory services on investment strategy and policy to public funds, endowments, and foundations. She is also a board member of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and the American Dog Society, reflecting her commitment to social impact and animal welfare. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion from Kenyon College.
